Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeedFeed (needfeed.io), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What NeedFeed Is

NeedFeed is an AI research agent for Reddit. You describe what you want to learn; the agent collects public Reddit conversations, classifies them against the scheme you build together, and produces a feed, reports, and exports. Each account gets an isolated cloud workspace where its files and chat history persist, and every plan can export its data in open formats.

NeedFeed is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. "Reddit" is a trademark of its owner.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Account information you give us must be accurate.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and grant a monthly allowance of credits.

• Credits meter the agent's real cost. A run consumes credits based on the model tokens it uses and how long it runs, with a small per-run minimum; in-app translation consumes credits too. The rates are set out in the product and may change with notice.
• A run consumes credits even if it fails or you cancel it. The model work was already performed, so those credits are not returned.
• You need a positive balance to start a run. If your balance runs out mid-run, we deduct what remains and stop at zero. We never create a negative balance or a debt.
• Credits can expire at the end of their validity period, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your export continues to work afterwards.

Refunds

If the service failed on our side, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right. Beyond that, refunds are handled case by case: unused subscription time can be refunded at our discretion; credits already consumed by completed runs cannot, because the underlying model usage has been paid out. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or the terms of any platform NeedFeed reaches on your behalf — including Reddit's User Agreement, content policy, and API terms.
• Use the service to send spam, manipulate votes or discussion, run astroturfing or undisclosed promotion, or impersonate anyone.
• Access private, restricted, or deleted content, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or the safeguards we build into the agent.
• Harvest personal data to profile, dox, harass, or discriminate against individuals, or to build a database about identifiable people beyond your own legitimate research.
• Resell or redistribute raw platform data obtained through NeedFeed as if it were your own data product.
• Misuse the workspace: crypto mining, attacking third parties, general-purpose hosting or compute, attempting to break isolation, or extracting our providers' credentials.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Connected Accounts

You may authorize NeedFeed to use an external platform account through our integration provider. When you do, the agent acts with your authorization and under your identity: anything it does with that account is your responsibility, including compliance with community rules and any applicable disclosure requirements. You can revoke the connection at any time, at the provider or by removing it in NeedFeed.

AI Output

The agent's classifications, summaries, sentiment, and reports are generated by a language model. They can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and they are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Verify before you act, especially before making a decision that affects customers, spending, or compliance.

Your Content and Ours

You keep all rights to the content you put into NeedFeed and to the reports the agent produces for you. You grant us only the license we need to host, process, and transmit that content in order to run the service for you.

Public content the agent collects remains subject to the rights of its authors and to the terms of the platform it came from; nothing here transfers those rights to you.

The NeedFeed platform — its software, design, and content — belongs to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Third-Party Services and Availability

NeedFeed depends on third parties, including platform APIs, model providers, and payment processors. Their terms apply to their part of the service, and their availability, pricing, and policies can change in ways outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of NeedFeed; where the change is material we give reasonable notice. Features labelled beta or preview may change or be removed.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your use threatens the service or other users, if a platform we integrate with requires it, or on non-payment or chargeback. You can close your account at any time in settings. On termination we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy — export first if you want to keep it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the agent's output will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including claims relating to content you collect or to actions taken through an account you connected.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced in the product. Continuing to use NeedFeed after a change means you accept it.
